Through my internet and UA-cam search for foot massage products, I haven't come across anyone explaining the specific details as you did. Thank you, sir, that has helped me greatly in choosing the appropriate type
I have the normatec 3 arms, hips, legs…. tbh the hip attachment (although a bit weird to situate) is highly underrated in reviews - the whole system is one of the best investments I’ve made for myself in a long time
@@007markymark007 you can only use them one area at a time. I’ve seen people say they want to do more than one area at a time, but tbh imo some combos would be difficult and might even be uncomfortable together. If I need more than one area I might do 20 min each instead of 30-60 avg for a single area (ex after a marathon I might do legs an hour vs swimming 20 min each area)
I had just received mine yesterday and I gotta say it’s hands down the best recovery tool I’ve owned after using the Hyperice handheld massager for 3-4 years. The app is awesome being able to customise a routine which offers things like warm ups or improved sleep etc. I feel like I could do leg days most of the week and pop these on afterwards to ensure legs are fresh the next day. Great video 🤙🏽
@@Will5353_ 100% agree with you on that. I believe there’s nothing wrong with adding variety to recovery. Having these Normatic adds to my program and for me makes life even easier.
Great review. I just purchased the Normatec 2.0 a few months ago. I agree the 2.0 & 2.0 pump is better. I need to purchase the Arms & Hips next. I wish they sold the pumps separately so that I'll be able to use the Arms and Legs simultaneously with 2 pumps.
The app now has added functionality with the 3.0s you can turn each chamber on and on, and you can adjust individual chambers to have more or less press based on your needs. It sounds like through the app you essentially get what the pro 2.0 offers with slightly more functionality to the base unit, but 3 less pressure levels. All an all as a former 2.0 user I’m really enjoying the added functionality. I’ve found the it helps elevate strained areas more quickly.
I cannot connect my app to the device. It says no devices nearby. The core is turned on and my Bluetooth on the phone also. Am i doing smth wrong here?
Therabody’s Recovery Air Pro due to comfort, customization of routines and overall experience while using. If you don’t have anything to compare it against I think you will find the Normatec 3 to be great though!
Is it normal for the battery light to not show or any light notification when plugged in (machine is off)? When the machine is on the battery light is on when plugged in
Therabody Prime Boots because they do everything you need and are a better build quality than the normatec. I don’t like the jet boots. Over priced for limited capabilities.
@@BestMassageTechyou choose prime over normatec 3? Even like feature for feature? I thought you could do ALOT more in the normatec 3 app than you can prime but I can’t fine assurance.
@@BestMassageTech Does the Pro version allow multiple attachments to be used at the same time? I used this device Monday at one of those therapy centers (Restore Hyper Wellness) and was able to have the arms and legs going at the same time. It was a Normatec 2.0. So I'm curious which model/ version allows multiple attachments at the same time.
Morning. These or jetboots… and why? I have a feeling the “boost zone” as the main feature is no where near as effective as the jetboots 60 second cycle. Am I wrong???
These but actually would choose prime over both. Not a huge fan of the jetboots in general for the price point. Boost zone is a plus over the 60 sec cycle if a stronger squeeze is your priority.

That's great to hear. I just ordered the lower body combo because I was really looking forward to the hip attachment. Can't wait to get it in.
After my first use I wish I had the hip piece. I’ll have to pick one up
Can you use all 3 attachments at the same time, or do you have to use them individually?

Sleep diet and good programming still way ahead of anything this stuff could ever do. Don’t have that spot on this stuff won’t do much

Good to know. I’ll have to try to check it out at some point
Please please please direct me to where in the app you can turn each chamber on and off.

How many point would you give the 3.0’s in relation to your review of the top 11 compressions massagers from a few months prior?
Thank you so much ! your videos are amazing and helpful
Normatec 3.0 or rapid reboot regen? Also which has more/feel more pressure with?
Which system will be your preferred one despite cost or brand? Why?
I just bought this system including hip and arm attachments.

@@BestMassageTech Thanks !!!
Does this help with neuropathy in legs and feet?
Would love to buy one but only a 1yr warranty is kind of a turn off considering the price (in canadian $).
Just got mine today. Tbf I've had the original hypervolt since it came up and it just works perfectly even to date
In a word, this or Therabody jetboots for ability to refresh muscles, joints etc
Great stuff. So professional and truly data driven. Would have really helped to have this put into an on screen table
Can you review At One recovery boots? Curious how it compares to Myomaster and Normatec... Amount of brands on offer is crazy!
Any reason why you favour the recovery air’s over the normatecs?
What do you think about it now?
How many chambers it has?
Which one is the best, normatec 2, 2 pro or 3?
Once the boots inflate the first time, how fast do the fill cycles then take? Compared to Therabody for example who advertise quick fill.
It’s about half as long as the initial fill.
Is it normal for the battery light to not show or any light notification when plugged in (machine is off)? When the machine is on the battery light is on when plugged in
Is it normal for the pump to make an annoying rattling noise during operation?
Thanks in advance
No it should be a relatively quiet and smooth sounding pumping process

What the strongest pressure divaice?
Does it have any temperature effects? Is it possible to control the heating temperature of the boots to relax the muscles?
No temperature control with these - strictly compression.
any update on their app?
Seems to work now!
Dude crazy you have the same editor as @greg Doucette your intros are literally the same
@@fobb94 haha yes I’ve been told that many times
How do you think they compare to the Recovery Air Jetboots?
If you were to own anyone of the compression boots and could only choose one. Which one is the best out of all of your videos?
RecoveryAir Pro
WHich brand is the best in your opinion ? also you apppear to be in great shape why would you use the boots?
Therabody Recovery Air line are the best. I use them for recovery after long workouts.
Thanks for the review. Can the arms/hips/legs attachments be used at the same time?
Only one attachment at a time can be used

where do you feel the preassure ? only on the sides of your legs or its all around the leg ?
Would you prefer rapid reboot Regen or this if price wasn’t a factor?
Rapid reboot
What is the price???
It feels great but it doesn’t do anything. Btw they break down easily and warranty sucks
I 100% disagree. Legs feel amazing afterwards.
The older versions are better. 3.0 is garbage as it has poor Bluetooth connection. Hyperice went cheap on this version.
