well actually there are two counter scene. First when she ambushes you and the second is right after that (it's really quick, i have to keep clicking the mouse even before the scene started). After successfully execute them both, Lee will pin her on the ground and put his gun on her head :)

This video has inspired me to play the game again from episode 1. I will be a complete jackass to everyone, including clem. I'll be super nice to Larry, lol.
