In April 1915, the construction of the Gebi Linping Railway began, making it the first and only private railway in china that stil exists today. It was originally an inch gauge railway(with a gauge of 600mm)and was rebuilt into a meter gauge railwayin 1970.
On May1,2015, the tourist train from Jlanshui to Tuanshan was opened. On May2,2021, the tourist train from Jlanshui to Shiping was opened.
