How can the cop have more on his criminal record than the innocent woman that got killed did? Nobody with a history like his should ever be trusted to have authority over other people.

So if he started a job 3 days after he resigned, that means he had been applying for other jobs months before he resigned. He knew he was about to get fired and applied elsewhere before his record caught up with him.
He was a part time employee at three of the departments he worked for. Illinois has poor qualifying standards for LEO's, as having convictions for driving impaired / under the influence didn't prohibit him from keeping a LE certification.
I am not defending the actions of badge heavy, trigger, happy guy who is wearing a uniform. If communities don't pay enough to get good people to do a job right, you will get paid for . This guy was probably trouble before he went to the police academy .
If you want better LEO's....vote for better state and local governments. You think Illinois can't enact the same hiring and retention practices as other states to keep people like this from working?

The officer ordered her several times to drop the pot. She then fearfully reached for the pot to grab it. She either dropped it quickly or got shot causing her to drop the pot. But the victim was cowering on the floor in almost a fetal position away from the pot but was ordered to drop it repeatedly.
She did not throw the water at them. They made mention of it and the hazard of a fire or something. She moved to the stove to drain it and turned the stove off. The officers stepped far back, she looked back while at the sink asking what they were making the fuss about, they implied the fact that she was a threat and she said a may the lord bless your heart reverb, riling the demonic hateful soul to take her life
