be prepared for the premium price in Tengah Big, surrounded by everything. the tengah waterfront already has a higher price compared to previous launches in the tengah district. tengah small will probably be similarly priced to Garden waterfront 1/2. i'm guessing for august or nov 2023 launch: the plots along garden avenue, near the pond, will be waterfront 3&4... or the BTO opposite the healthcare plot be a fusion of community care apartments and 3/4/5 rooms. leaving waterfront 3 to be mainly 3/4/5 room bto.. just like waterfront 2
Tengah Nov 2022 bto waterfront 1 or 2 is classified non-mature, chances are as long it's near transport node, amenities, and mental well-being enablers such as the Tengah pond may support prices upwards? In comparison with the new segments of standard, prime and plus. What do you think?
Further with the JTC plans for advanced manufacturing connecting infra, r&d, pilot plans for industrials, more talent may come in and create jobs of the future

I got a good number at tengah brickland weave, but i cant decide if i should give this tengah big a try. Tengah brickland weave seems to be worse than Tengah big as Tengah big is too convenient with nearby transport. 🤔 not sure if anyone have any views to share about these 2 tengah BTO

Hard to say.. but given that the planes don't fly over head the neighborhood. I wouldn't be too concern for the noise

Do you think the nearby Tengah airbase will affect liveability at Tengah new town?
My only concern could possibly be noise created from the airplanes in the area!
