Nah, the specification requirements for a military transporter will just result in a similar design (high wing, ramp for loading at the back, T-tail). The C1 is overall bigger and faster (it's faster than the C-17!)

C1 have PW JT8D9 like 737-200 or DC9-30 and built early 70's
