she (after Josh confronts her about her letter in front of her locker) runs up to Peter in the hallway (because he was the first guy she saw) and jumps him (legs around his torso and arms around his neck) and kisses him
I think the worst thing they did was promising not to break each others hearts, they were probably in the moment or naive

Alot of people are talking about how the hot tub scene was ruined because Peter was waiting for gen, But honestly, i kinda feel sorry for gen. Hi have this bad feeling that by the end of the next movie LJ is going to broken up with Peter and be in no relationship by the end of these movies which would honestly annoy me.
Something about the second movie that felt off compared to the first although it was still good. Like what John says like no one stays together after high school or something along those lines which i thought as foreshadowing and in an interview with the cast one says that some people will not like some of the choices she makes in the 3rd...
In case you haven't read the book, they do stay together in the end though they had some rough patches but yeah!
hatty mobbs they could also fast forward in time to after college and run into john and prove him wrong. That would be the absolute cutest thing!!
