I bought the same bike 4 weeks ago and haven't rode it at all yet! Still too cold and snowy here in Canada. Thanks for this video! I can't wait to drive mine. I would say your English is fantastic! Better than most people that live here for sure.
I love my xv535 and kind of look at it as my little Harley (& I don't care if anyone laughs at that!) It's just a great all-round package, I've always fancied a HD Sportster but having ridden a friend's I really don't think I'd like the weight now I'm getting older.
It is nothing to laugh about hier in Europe not everybody affords a Harley Davidson they are expensive ( over 5000 euros for an old sportster) so they need an alternative and the virago is a nice thing to have
That was a really good review :D thx. As a first bike i was looking at gs500, er5 and viragos but wasn't sure which one would please my tastes. But now i clearly made up my mind. Its such a good looking one!
No worries brother, your English is great! Great bike with good looks to boot plus it will last forever. You did well in choosing that bike. As far as languages go, if you speak three languages, you’re trilingual. What are you if you speak two languages? Bilingual. What are you if you only speak one? American 🤣 I know, I’m American. I can pick on myself. 😂
I just bought the same one, same color, same year. When I was out if gaz,I would put the reserve, but it didn't work, don't know why,thé electrovanne works..
i got one just like that, 14500 km, from 1993, my reserve tank jammed because its electric, and the bike hasent been used much, i got it 2 years ago when the clock was on 12000 km. its got alot og power and torque, and i really love this bike. one minus is it only got 5 speed, and when i drive 90 km+, i often try to put it in the missing overdrive gear :) it overheated a bit twice, so i changed to another oilbrand, and now i am a bit nervous about the temp, its the cylinder in the back that gets hottest, because it get less aircoolant. now i can hold my hand on the engine for 1-2 sek, after 25 km of riding. i think it hits 80-90 degrees celsius, and the bottum of the back cylinder get 100-105.....maybe ? so hope that is okey, i will try to find a pro biker, who can guide me on this. looks like your reserve tank doesent work to? i just fill mine up every 120 km, just to be safe :) it sould do 160 km. i also bought a honda rebel 250 and a 450, they are lower sitting height and very laid back, but will never sell the yamaha, so my bikes wont get many miles per year ;)
I did not had any problem with overheating my oil temp even after 50-60 km drive was around 90 and about the gear yea i always shiftet into 6😅. Now I have a BMW i will release a short review in a few days
Thanks for the review. Going to get my license this year (if corona doesn't fu*k it up again) and had this bike as my first one in mind.
Well if you stay still in trafic for very very long time maybe you should turn it of i dont have this kind of trafic around. To me it never happened that my oil temperature goes over 90 C
If I could own one bike it would be a Virago up to 700 cc. The 535 is a great one and it's just a shame that Yamaha moved on to that God-awful Bolt series.
Frumos motor, am luat chiar acum 3 saptamani o viroaga si is super multumit de ea.
Well it has power so it keeps well with traffic and when the engine and carburetor is well adjusted dann no problem with heating up as long as you dont stay im extreme heat and with engine runing to long
Five feet nothing.... can I handle this? (petite female not strong) I hope so as I already bought it. Rode a few yards first time today.. feels heavy and scary to control.. was riding Honda cg125 for about 20 years then another. A zonte 125

Salut! Mersi enorm de parere. Aveam niste dubii referitoare la 535, acum ca am vazut asta, luna viitoare I'll get mine !

Hi. Nice bike. I want to buy one like this. How does it keep up with traffic ? Does the engine heat up? And damage it?
Well it has power so it keeps well with traffic and when the engine and carburetor is well adjusted dann no problem with heating up as long as you dont stay im extreme heat and with engine runing to long
Ich messe 1,80,and I fell well on it..
Salutari!
Intruder 800.
Suzuki Vl800 daca vrei Chopper

180cm
