i know this waa months ago but I just only found your channel today and wantes to say i am so sorry you had to deal with all of these struggles with the expenses for your car 🥹 it was so sad to see you cry - i just wanted to give you a hug! lol 🤍 i love your videos so much! thank you for sharing your journey with us 💫 i think you are amazing! xx
Hello! Thank you for your support, I was so angry when I found out 😅 on the video I was already making fun of it, coz there was nothing left, lesson learned, I want to receive a hug regardless ♥️🫶🏻
@@BrigitteRosenfield IN CA, US, yes we pay car registration fees every year, to the DMV, Department of Motor Vehicles, for me its about $275 USD/year. Plus every other year you must get a car smog check. CA has tough emissions standards for cars, tries to reduce emissions and air pollution smog from vehicles. Dubai fees and penalties are ridiculous! Robbery!
I like your channel! You have one of the best content among cabin crews. I like videos of more than 10 minutes and you know how to do them (not everyone does) How long have you been flying?
🤌🏻 exactly! The struggle is real when you wanna deal with all those stuff on your own 😄 I feel like I get it now why having a sugar daddy is so common here 😅 thank you so much appreciate it so much 💫 ps. Going to Seattle tomorrow, which part of US are you from?
Hi Brigette, you are right, strong heat can degrade car batteries quite quickly, especially also if you’re not putting a lot of mileage on the car, the battery wouldn’t charge much anyway. My advice is that if you’re going to be gone for a very long time; I.e. more than 2 weeks. might be worth disconnecting the battery to stop it from losing charge.
In Croatia we also pay inspection, insurance AND registration every year :) I see it as a driving tax, and it seems the purpose of it is to fund things like infrastructure, road construction... stuff like that.
Thank you for sharing your vlog during your day off. I am so sorry you had to spend so much on traffic citations, insurance and registration, it is crazy its someone's one month salary to drive car in Dubai. Keep up the good work cannot wait for your next adventure in your daily life.
Hi, I watch your videos all the time and I've never heard you answering this question: Are you busy on the whole 6-7h flight (let's say) or you have some downtime to chill after you finish your tasks (where you sit down in the back, talk with the crew, relax) with the passengers? Thank you
Hello dear! I am so glad to hear That! I remember answering this question to you already, but answering that - we are on duty basically the moment we arrive to our HQ, so there is always something to do, however we almost every flight have time to get to know to others a bit and talk :)

I live in Pennsylvania. It's the same way here. Not with fines though. But we pay the registration, insurance, inspection, and maintenance.
Insurance, inspection of course, but registration also every year? 🙂

We are moving to California soon and I didn't even think about the dust and sand making it extra dirty on the car 😂🚗
Same 😅 I had no idea that when there is no rain I would have to wipe this car every week anyways 🥲
It’s tough to keep a car in good shape, especially in a windy dusty desert environment town.

Oh that’s a great thing to hear! I am flying 3,5 years and time really flies here 🥹 I think I have this channel for less than 1,5 year now ☺️
