      One question what is the type of yeast you used ?

    • @Spicoholic
      @Spicoholic  9 місяців тому +1

      @Virendrthaakur it's regular dry Yeast. 5 g is enough.

    Preheat oven in the "highest temp"??!?!!
    And just what acceptable temp might that be, bruh?
    For chrrissake

    • @Spicoholic
      @Spicoholic  9 місяців тому

      Home ovens have different temp settings, but above 250°C degree is acceptable. FYI, pre-heat your oven for at least 30-45 minutes.

      Pizza ovens hit extremely high temps, one’s home ovens have a job hitting this putting it on bust

    Looks great!, So we don't need to wait 1 day to prepare poolish for pizza dough

    • @Spicoholic
      @Spicoholic  9 місяців тому

      Exactly 👌, the result is the same as 24h or 48h dough with poolish😋🍻

      We didn't claim that our pizza is the best. As we are true pizza lovers, we always try to learn more techniques and improve the quality of our pizza. If you have any suggestions that we could improve our pizza taste and quality we would appreciate ❤️🙏

      @@Spicoholic I think it's simply a matter of time. Longer fermentation develops more flavour. Always good to experiment with different approaches though. 👍

      @ominouspenguin Thanks🍻 we usually make pizza dough a day before. But sometimes you want pizza and you didn't think of the dough😁. So we came up with this quick recipe. BTW, for 24h or 48h dough, we make 60%-70% hydrated dough with poolish, and for quick pizza dough, we do 80% 🍕
