Love Ron been to his garden here a few times, but what’s interesting is most of his plants around him there are house plants which are the easiest to grow. All those plants around him are individual, he has to water each one by hand and all the irrigation beside the ones in his pool is essentially lost. His inner city garden has so much potential with that pool able to hold thousands of gallons of water. He lives in California where water is scarce yet he waters like there’s a endless supply? Don’t get me wrong Ron’s intentions are seemingly good, but his approach to teach inner city people how to grow healthy organic food for themselves needs a lot of work IMO! His garden again IMO sorry to say is more work than it’s worth more of a turn off than a turn on for potential Urban Farmers the World so desperately needs!
What gives you the authority to speak for potential Urban gardeners? I’m inspired by his work. He has gardens all over the city; so, perhaps he can put in the places that he lives instead of the plants that the neighbors need?
