    When you said use cake flour for chewy noodles, I think you may have mixed up cake flour and bread flour. Cake flour is usually lower protein for tender cakes.

    im really sad to see the views on these videos taking a dip. i hope one of them hits soon so the creator can afford to keep making them. maybe shilling for the subscription and notification earlier in the video and making more engaging thumbnails would help. i really want to see more of this incredible content.

    The food you make is once again a work of art~ It looked so good! I'm pretty familiar with Chinese dishes (in the sense that I eat Chinese food almost every single day ), and totally understand what you meant when you mentioned the meat easily falling apart while still being dry. I get that a lot (unfortunately) in some Chinese dishes. It still looked absolutely delicious! I want to try making this myself one day (perhaps without the rock sugar and with proper meat next time lol)!

    I think it make it look more accurate i wouldnt mix the noodles with the sauce, and i will portion them in neat, loose rolls before i cook them one roll at a time. Will it work? Idk but cant wait to try. Thanks for the recipe bro

    Do you think you could sub the beef with tofu cubes and still get the same result? I’d like to make this but I’m trying to think of vegetarian friendly alternative to the beef without eliminating it.

      Although you shouldn’t put the tofu in the pressure cooker unless you want it to fall apart.

    Currently i'm cooking my meat and veggies in a slow cooker, but sadly I got two kinds of dark soy sauce so i used light instead of tamari.
    I was wondering what cooking tradition does this dish comes from. Any insights? I was thinking Hui cuisine, but i really am certain.
