Not a new song he has been singing it in his concerts and the instrument is a dombra. Cimasn concerts are always Rocky, he is a rock star that just happens to sing classically too. This song is about a young couple who he stats out really liking but by the end they fall out as well as the families. Those lyrics you read out were a poor translation but the subtitles on the video were fine 🙂
The spirit and meaning of the song is that the guy is madly in love with girl and chasing her but continuously is being rejected. He is desperate, frustrated and almost angry. It seems that the girl teasing him and the guy at the edge of his patience. There is the hope because they are still communicating with each other but the girl playing too hard to get. So it is more sarcastic and funny song, not desperate. Basically the guy is saying why you are torturing me this way, I mad at you.
