I totally agree. Hardstyle now is only an over exaggerated kick with complete distortion. Which I personally don't like at all. Last year, I was at Qlimax, and it felt like every song has to be harder than the previous one, so at one point, it was nothing but distorted kicks and bass and no more. You couldn't hear anything else. Maybe I'm getting old (I wouldn't disagree on that), but I miss the days where hardstyle sounded like in this video
