Happy for you mate knew you would have it flying as straight as an arrow after working your magic. Cannot wait to see what you get out of it after more tinkering 🤪🤪🤪😎👍🏻
I would lean more towards lucky guesstimating😅🤦 No I'm very happy with the changes so far, bigger motor and heavier lipo may require further tinkering but we'll deal with that if needed😜 Thanks👊
I think there may have been a little bit of luck involved, knowing my luck tho it'll be all unstable again after swapping to the big motor🤣 Let's hope not! Thanks Dan✌️
Thanks mate👍 I have made parts for people but I couldn't bulk produce. It takes too long to make them by hand and I don't buy cheap materials so I could never sell them at a affordable price compared to big companies. That would be nice though😅
Well racing it much different to speedruning but personal preference or set-up is not counter to anything mate. I have toe out on every one of my cars basher or speed because in my experience for me toe in causes instability. But you obviously haven't taken much notice of modern bashers as basically every one of them comes set-up with major toe out and it always works good.
Only order one is your willing to wait a long time for delivery and possibly never receive spare parts if you need them. Rlaarlo is not doing so well with customer support and general efforts of their company😬
Hi made some wing about the same size and shape out of 2 plastic frozen food dinner containers about 1/2mm thick. After around 30 mph its like its on rails.I shoe goo them to the same place bit of a funnel affect. hit 60 mph in about a 1/4 the distance you are running 4s 2 2000 mah wltoys batterys.Need a longer spot.
Sweet! I think the carbon chassis version is a little more stable so hopefully yours dosnt have or suddenly gain any stupid characterising like mine did last drive😅
Congrats over the previous runs mate, can see your pretty stoked over the improvements. Did you change the oils in the front shocks & front diff as well. Also have you lowered the car at the front to give some rake under the chassis or still running with zero rake. I checked both my metal & carbon rollers for toe out out of the box, the metal roller came with around 2 degrees toe out each side, the carbon roller came with around 1 degree each side. That magic 100mph is getting closer for you now, stay safe.
Thank you very much! Yes very stoked👌 No didn't touch the front shock or diff oil just rear. Yes lower the front to about 7mm. In regards to the toe and camber, it seems there must be some inconsistencies from manufacturing but nothing that can't be changed. Should break 100mph on 4s with the new motor and gearing I will be using👍
Nice runs. I know it's only a little difference, but that missing piece on the front right lower lip on the car could be enough at those speeds to unbalance the car IMO. Just make something up to fill that in again wouldn't hurt?
Thanks Pete👍 I'm not sure how much it would effect aerodynamics but it could make some turbulence or something🤔 I could probably just use sticky tape to fill it in👌
@@rccrazy i know it seems only a little piece missing, but imagine holding a tiny bit of plastic that size out a car window while doing 150kmh. You would feel the drag on it. You have a small radio controlled car that doesn't weigh much, it would not take much drag on one side of the car to upset the balance at the speeds you are trying to run, and being on the corner it allows more air under one side of the car and body also. Just my thoughts anyway. Good luck with it, i will be watching to see how you go.
Is the 120A ESC in my new Brushless Carbon version supposed to make such high fan noise. It seems like the ESC fan is very loud ? Other questions coming ...
If your fan is loud because it's spinning fast then that's good, if its loud but has weak air flow it's just a loud fan or your missing a blade or 2. You can simply replace or upgrade the fans if you need to.
Me and you were in the same group in the Rlaarlo race but you beat me out so im unsubscribing your channel. Sorry sore looser. Jk😂 ive learned alot from you and had the same stability problem at the start with the AK but did some of your tunning and some of mine and got it driving in line.
Now that's heaps better and more stable! Nice passes man 👌
Yeah im so glad it's better now, feels like a completely different car👌
Thanks man🤘

Thanks mate😁
Yeah been tinkering already, so keen to take it back out🤘
Great settings. The car runs very stable at high speeds. The new wing's migh be the game changer.
Yes I think the bigger wings helped, moving the esc down low definitely helped aswell.
Glad it's controllable now😁
Thanks mate👍
Looks like you’re figuring out the secret sauce! Awesome runs bro!

@@rccrazy You’re welcome bro! 🤜🏻🤛🏻
Looking way better now. You definitely have that tuned good 👍

Thanks Dan✌️
Good video. Nice that you have it settled down a lot. Good speed runs.
Yes it has dramatically changed since the last drive thank goodness😅
Thanks Tim👍
Hell yeah man! Cant wait to see the 6s runs 😁🤘
Cheers man😁
New motor and mod1 and definitely get the 6s in🤪
Getting it now!🤙 You got it running true now, nice job!
Running true enough I think for now😁
Thanks👍
I think rlaarlo need to make a parachute system for it to slow it down from high speed
wow mate that's awesome ! You should make wings for every1 :D , I'd get one mate for sure !
Thanks mate👍

Huge difference from the last video keep it up
SO MUCH BETTER😅
Let's hope it keeps its stability with a bigger motor🤞
Thanks Mitchell!
That is awesome👍
I did the toe out also and it works perfect. I toe out all my speed run cars.
that is counter to everything ive ever seen, racing rc since 1985.

Awesome?😅

great job 👌 few adjustments make big difference! ill order one tomorrow

@@rccrazy ohhh did not know
Not soo sure now
Think I'll wait and have good think about this one
👍
good stuff, keep it up bro

Yes that works👍
A longer spot is a good idea once you start getting 100mph+ speeds or you have big heavy cars that need long roads.
Good stuff man. Time to crank this puppy up. Having a bit of a go with mine as well.
Thanks Brett👍
Yeah now it's time for the real setup, hope it keeps its stability after the swap.
Nice, hope your enjoying yours👌

Oh no!
Yes some adjustments and more weight should help that🤞
Niice man! Thanks for showing us noobies how to do it.
Doing my best😁

Dialing it in nicely ‼️👍👍🦾🦾😎

It's actually strange how much better it is, should've changed 1 thing at a time and I may have been able to pin point exactly what fixed it😅

I wouldn't be complaining about that😅
Avc cuts power at high speed
I've never experienced a power cut running steering avc on any of my cars🤔
