Exciting stuff starts at 4:55
Ok, remove the speed limiter and make another video for us. hahahaha
Yeah bruh 😂
Love the sound of this one
currently my favourite car
Brutal numbers for a 3 tonne ute
I had an F150 with the 2.7l ecoboost, bone stock, and it would come very close to this truck in a race. The 2.7l ecoboost is an absolute monster for the engine size, but yeah, it'll be shooting connecting rods out of the block with too much racing. haha
I think the 5th gen rams shift smoother for performance. I miss the 4th gen rams exhaling their shifts longer. Sounded meaner imo
What a monster. Awesome stuff
Insane
Love this truck. Hennesy Mammoth might wanna argue the title of quickest and most powerful pickup truck in the world 😉
Dynomite performances Falcon Ute ran a high 7second 1/4.
Haha yes. We should have been more specific by saying 'when it first launched' it was quickest and most powerful pickup in the world.
This is beautiful engineering we’ll done for dodge
Bro how?
The TRX’s 0-60 time with launch control is around 3.5 seconds (not 4.5!)
It's so monumentally big
the RAM trx soon to be driven by some cashed up bogan tradie coming up the outside lane at 150kmh towing 3 tons of building materials while sitting 3mm off the car in front
They are a disgusting bunch
Did you mean to say if you are rich and own your own petrol refinery? 🤣🤣 I get better fuel economy from my 200 series towing a 3.5 tonne boat (17-19 L/100km). Anyway, although I’m not a Ram fan, I’d have one if I could afford it 😳😬🚙💨💨💨💨
Nobody buys a high performance v8 pickup truck for its fuel efficiency
If you're rich and live on a big block of land come buy the new RAM TRX Money Pit. The TRX doesnt come with parking sensors because lets be serious, it just wont fit anywhere. You'll be making friends with the local servos quickly in this beast. So if you have a big ego and tiny bits, this beast is for you. Or you can roll up and a sock and put it down the front of your pants. You'll probably get the same attention that way
Spoken like like a true poor person 😂
Don’t worry I know how that feels ^😅
@@beng7613 a person who invests in property. Not toys to make me look big. Insert smiley face wink emoji
0:46 front parking sensors and camera, 1:20 rear camera, 1:35 rear parking sensors. I wouldn't own one either, but I can understand the appeal for some people.
Quite a long braking distance. Those small brake rotors will cook in no time.
199k starting price? Where the hell are you buying it at? Around 70-80k starting msrp dude.
Australia pricing lol
20L/100 km yikes 😳
Same as my bf xr6t ute.... With a tune.
Own a ranch or something, perhaps a petrol station ?
Damn, do we get these trucks in Right-hand drive, too?
😂
I'll stick with my V6 3.8 easier on fuel and the wallet 😂
Wiz sound +200HP
$200k farrrkkk. I think I'd take a Raptor with a mild tune for half the price and call it a day.
its AUD $
I've seen videos of it pull 3.50 seconds 0-100. Launch control doesn't work well and for max speed put it in baja mode. Also in the USA, speed limiter comes on at 119 mph or 191 km/h. Whoever is selling those trucks are being too limiting on its performance
No way a trx is doing 0-100 in 3.5 stock
@@madrx2 maybe not the Australian version but there are many Americans who have clocked 3.5 seconds.
@@anthonyramdin1037 Dead stock, there is no chance. It would have to have a pulley kit, or a tune/mods.
There is an on-board timer but as far as we can tell it runs on the speedo rather than true speed. Maybe those 3.5-second times are based on the on-board timer? We use a Racelogic Vbox Sport (GPS-based) for all of our tests.
@@PDriveTV the videos I've seen of the 3.5 seconds were based on the vehicle timer. Maybe there are some people who pulled 3.5 with a Vbox but I don't know.
Wow!
wow, so my toyota echo will top end this beast
Toyota tundra please 🙏
First hellcat on this channel?
Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk 👍
I thought this was supposed to be fast? My g 63 would smoke this.... and its not even that quick
❤❤❤very fast
we don't have TRX petrol in US, only premium fuel
It's very rare trx but RHD
Absolutely terrible brakes. Death trap.
Would be mostly due to the type of tyres fitted, not the vehicle itself. You want good performing off-road tyres, you are gonna compromise on-road performance.
Made me laugh the way it accelerated. That’s so ridiculous for a truck
05:02 This is what you see, when you sit behind it in a Yaris.
Also, all that fun only to have its balls chopped off at 159km/h. Sure some genius with a laptop will remove that.
Mph and left side driver wtf you doing on the right probably drive on the wrong side of the road too huh
Such a shame it's governed at 162 km h
Definitely a dinosaur
$200,000 bucks for this?
Is it made from platinum and gold?
Not sure where your getting those numbers from.
In Alberta the price averages out at $90,000, which is still a ridiculous amount to pay.
Australian Dollars.
