I ordered it 2 days ago lol. I appreciate all your vids I’ve mocked up a lot of my build after yours. Especially thankful for your pcm vid you can’t find info anywhere on where to place the pcm that works on a nova. But then I can across yours!! Thanks for the hard work and great details
Dang! I waited over two months plus all the back and forth with wrong parts and messed up stuff 😂 they must have all the proper stuff back in stock :) Thanks for the feedback! I would say if you are going to mount the pcm where I did make sure to test fit with your heater controls… I had to grind a little cause I didn’t think of that the first time :)
Good job well done, you will need that big driveshaft for the turbo set up!!! Nice wiring job also. Truck air idle motor? does it have one not sure...... And FYI building the new shop May long weekend here!!!
Turbo setup got curbed when I changed direction with the transmission. For the driving I want to do I don't think a turbo is ideal. As for the truck I was going to try TPS and fuel filter next... Kind of annoying though! You need to post a shop update :)
@@BillyFargon I will be posting a shop update soon....let us know on the truck, and the turbo is fine on the back burner want to see you driving the Nova!!!
It’s a little over 5k, but I sold all my auto stuff and it was a wash. My build was heading towards a drag racing car and that’s not the type of driving I want to do. So I tore it all apart and switching directions for the driving I want to do.
Glad to see you post a new video
Thank you! Good weather is motivating :)
Sweet. Just keep chipping away at it and you'll be done sooner than you think.
I agree! I was thinking I should have it all pretty close to where all that’s left is wiring possibly by this weekend!
@@BillyFargon how's the progress coming?
@@Turbochapman I haven’t really done anything… been in a funk :/
Thanks for the new video! My TKX will be here in a week!
Awesome! How long have you been waiting?

can't wait to see the video of you banging gears!
I am to the point it’s been so long I will just be happy to hear it run again!
@@BillyFargon I need to live vicariously through yours as it will be too long to hear mine run again!

Keep it up bro!
This is going to be fun!
Hello sir how much did it cost you all the parts to make for a manual transmission. And why it replaced the 4l80

Did you put oil in the trans?
Yes
Did you go with an offset shifter or a straight-up?
It’s a straight shifter.. and the orientation on the trans is in the rear position. I’m pretty tall so I can reach it easy.
Thanks
