A plugin is a type of modification, mod stands for modification, so yeah. Data packs, resource packs, mods, and plugins are all modifications of the game if you need to install it separately, like making a biome with command blocks isn't a modification because the command blocks are part of the game. That pickaxe at the end around 33:00, look at its base item in the tooltip since you have extended tooltips enabled. Its an iron pick. Its not meant to mine diamond tiered blocks
Unfortunately you can't enchant 3D helmets because the base item is a diamond horse armor. I hope Mojang already allows us to make 3D armor instead of Reskins.

I found 4 malika pieces on the ground bro, and you dont take damage when you hold the crystalite sword, you gain health max health but your hearts dont go up.
U still have to heal the hp

You said "please don't raid me" but if you use a golden shovel you can use it to claim your base. Not only will this protect it from griefers and thieves but if you do /claims list it will give you the coords of your claim
