@@VedantFalcon Well, it’s always tough to pick favorite anime, but I’d say these ones left a big mark on me in different ways: - Gintama - Maison Ikkoku - Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya - Azumanga Daioh - March Comes in Like a Lion (Sangatsu no Lion) - Monster - Hayate the Combat Butler Have you seen Sangatsu no Lion? It’s by the same author as Honey and Clover. Honey and Clover’s ending hit me hard, I couldn’t stop thinking about it for days. I’d also add Konosuba. And damn, I forgot about Attack on Titan!
@@willkimen Nice! As for Ashita no Joe, the season 1 animation was too old-school for me, so I read the manga for that part and then switched to anime for the beautiful second season. It's a wonderful show. But be warned. It put me in a certain funk for a few months. If you're a young guy who is mostly alone and your life isn't super healthy right now, I'd advise against it. That said, it is still in my top 3 for just how beautifully stirring the story is. I haven't watched Sangatsu no Lion, maybe I should try it. But I will try Gintama first. Thanks for the list!
