Perth Royal Show 2021 - Activities with children, annual carnival, thrill rides.

The Perth Royal Show is an annual event that runs for a week during the September/October school Holidays. The gates usually open around 10am, the event runs right through until after the fireworks which start at about 8.00pm.
This year the line to get in was lengthy and there were restrictions on the number of tickets that could be sold due to Covid. There were also a number of attractions that were not running, however it was still jam packed day for us and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it.
We started with the kids rides and the pavilions that had the animals and kids cooking. we checked out the various displays, including the black smiths association, WA police display and all the little stalls around the place.
There was a great play area set up by Funky Monkey Bars that the boys loved and then we went and checked out side show alley where the boys were mesmerised by all the rides that they were too small to go on.
The fireworks were on too late for us so we did not hang around for them. All in all, our family thoroughly enjoyed our day. The Perth Royal Show is a main stay on our calendar this time of year and is always a good family day out.
