FUNDAMENTAL ERROR!!! The 'About Us' and 'Our Business Agency' page should be narrower in width than the other two pages and NOT equal width, as when it folds in, it will hit the first fold crease causing it to NOT SIT FLAT when all pages are finish folded and it will have a bulge! This is basic print production and you should really be aware of this!
This is just wrong. The final panel that folds into the brochure should be 0.125in smaller than the rest. Page size should be 10.875 x 8.5. The last panel won't fold properly and will be an issue when printed.

It is not mandatory. We can check the brochure templates available in Adobe Stock and Canva, all of them have same size for all 6 pages.
On ne réalise pas un triptyque de cette façon. On utilisera 3 pages côte à côte et l’on exportera en planche. 😠
