Tyrosin kinase associated receptors do not have INTRINSIC activity of phophorylation but need STAT protein for phosphorylation.......TKR have INTRINSIC activity to phosphorylate tyrosine residues.......TRKs do NOT need any other protein for phosphorylation 🙏🙏🙏🙏
In TKR there is auto and cross phosphorylation of tyrosine residues of receptors .......where as in Tyrosin kinase associated receptors you need OTHER PROTEIN for phosphorylation ....generally JAK-STAT or SH proteins........

I would highly suggest students and researchers to subscribe this channel ....
Sir what is the main difference between TKR and Tyrosine kinase associated receptor????

@@Acuere sir but STAT also need JAK for phosphorylation? Am I right??
Read again What I have written
I mean JAK-STAT
