Tried to take a nap to integrate today and felt peaceful and then more felt it needed to come up around anger so will listen as I drop off to sleep as I don’t want to feel angry about a situation.

Omg I experienced itching under my arms , moments where I wanted to doze off and sleep then I’ll just wake up with my eyes open and start dreaming of my twin flame , I experienced a lot emotions and I cried a little is this normal even after I still feel my body itchy
Yes that’s normal. I do find SRT to be very gentle but depending on what is being cleared you can have these reactions. The itching might be some resistance to the clearing as sometimes our body tries to distract us if it’s something deep.

This is my 6th one. If you are on the twin flame journey, start with "Clearing Twin Flame False Programs and Collective Distortions." If you are not on twin flame journey, start with "Clear Fear." Thank you!
Is it normal for this to bring up all your triggers?
I find SRT to be one of the most gentle forms of clearing but yes, it can bring up triggers.
@@Twinstrology it’s incredible. Triggers are friends to me, they came up but also whisked away by spirit , like a gentle tornado passing though , taking all . I wouldn’t have been ready to receive this before the eclipse; my body even gave me two cycles to align me with this, so grateful 🙏🏾
