The majority of the spod mix is mixed particle, this is not a massively expensive spod mix option, you can get a sack of pigeon conditioner from a pet food wholesaler for less than you may expect. Also with regards to the size of the fish, Tom can't pick which carp he catches, on this occasion he was unlucky size-wise but more often than not he catches rucks of 20s and 30s from B1. You don't have to fish exactly like Tom, he is just sharing what he does in an honest and informative manner...
