Dear Rafael & Mia, Muito Abrigado!!! I feel your videos keep getting better and better! And complements to the video team and editor! I know you really value and read the comments because I and maybe others have asked to see the progress and stages of renovation; Before > During > After. You have certainly delivered on this!!! Us "future clients" need to see this because it builds confidence as a "Proof of Concept" especially when we live on the other side of the planet! I Appreciate this! Please tell us the "Why" clients choose their city to buy in.. it helps us who aren't familiar with Tavira why should one consider it? PS. The President declared recently the end of NHR Tax regime... if so, I feel many of us will need to rush our retirement plans, could you do a quick response on your perspective on this topic? That was a real transformation and looks terrific. Is there some way you can provide a rough cost of what such an extensive renovation of a smallish property would cost. Even to the nearest €25000 would be helpful. Thank you for your great content.
