Very informative video sir. Sir let me clear, if there is a disaster/accident occurred and a safety officer goes to attend the same by Accident Special train. In this condition 100 percent TA will be allowed for the day for Breakdown allowance. But in addition to breakdown allowance TA on the basis of journey time will be claimed or not. Because total of both would be more than 100 percent. Please help if there is any RBE.
