Regarding the singing qualities of Hariharan Saab, it is the least said the better ! He himself is his best introduction ! The illustrious career of Hariharan Saab spanning over almost four decades now speaks volumes about his abilities as a multidimensional singer ! Over the last several years, Hariharan Saab has proved his worth in every aspect of music -- be it Classical, Modern, or Playback Singing in films ! In this ghazal, the Alaap both in low and high notes was a treat to listen ! Besides, Hariharan Saab had displayed glimpses of 'Kharas' in it ! I have listened to it for the first time ! Overall, what a beautiful composition it was ! How soulfully did Hariharan Saab perform it ! The accompanists also assisted him well ! The Tabla was apt for classical khyal singing. But for Gazhals the Dhang of Tabla is different. Need it to be more aggressive. Hope feedback is taken constructively
Bhai tum mahan shrota hai. Isko boring bolke tum ye sabit kar chuke. Bare se bara kalakar tumse chota par gaya. Tum jaise logon ki wajah se music ka quality kharab hota hai.

Please don't bore audience with your Aalap, Sargam and Kalakari, I would listen to pure classical Kheyal if I had to. You are singing Ghazal hence focus on the song. Some people have this horrible habbit. If you are so keen sing a full fledged Kheyal Raag Rageshri with Vilambit Kheyal, Drut Kheyal and show your kalakari.
Gazal is based on ragas... he is just creating a environment of raga.... his small rendition of raga form in beginning is better than any other khyal singer... its adds a fifth dimension dimension to the song....and why not he do it ??? He is a master in karnatak and indian classical .... any many likes it too...
