Hello, my beautiful ASMR family ^_^ Today we'll dive in into the world of aromatherapy. I'll cleanse the space around us with smoke of palo santo wood (nice burning sounds) at __03:10__, we'll take a glance at my essential oils collection at __06:18__, I'll use an oil warmer to create a relaxing atmosphere for us at __11:40__ and blow it's smoke all around us __15:50__, then we'll turn on our oil diffuser __19:05__ and enjoy it's bright and entrancing colors as we get surrounded by it's purifying scent at __21:44__ ( blowing into ears from behind around __31:12__ for couple minutes), we'll finish with a backflow incense burner at __34:38__ and get sleepy by watching it's smoke fall down so hypnotically at __35:54__. I hope the little clicks of my heels and my earrings will be a good addition to the video too. ^_^ Thank you SO much for watching! My 4yo has a strong lisp and other speech maladies and because of this --struggles w expressing herself and managing her temper. She has such an affinity for u though Maria that Ive started calling u 'my Lily whisperer'. Just yesterday, she was having a particularly hard time when instead of crying or breaking out into a temper tantrum she grabbed her blanket and asked me to put on 'my asmr' I had no sooner started this video that she was laying on her bed cuddling her blanket , fast asleep!

I think it's the way she shows appreciation for every little thing, she makes you appreciate it too. Collin DesRoches Be careful what you wish for. I mean in videos like this it would be neat, but would you really want to smell a bedroom feminist, for example ? Especially a male one? Or suppose you watch a documentary about haunted houses. For the most part all you'd smell is rot, mold, dust and decay. Possibly sulfur.

hi Maria, I just wanted to give you some info about essential oils that I learned when I studied aromatherapy and massage a long time ago. One thing is, you should not apply essential oils directly to the skin as they are concentrated and can cause a bad reaction on the skin. They need to be diluted in a carrier oil. Secondly, the oil burners should have water in the recess at the top and the a few drops of the oil floated on top. The water and oils evaporate as steam, releasing the aroma. I hope this is helpful. I've never got tingles in my right side before. Idk why but it only happens when the sound goes to my left ear... but at the beginning of the video when Maria whispered in my right ear i actually got tingles??? Wow your good
Here's another diy tip for this: lighting some wood under your bed or somewhere in your room will give you those lovely crackling noises and keep you warm all night with their smokey aroma! I find the backdrop of fire alarms very soothing as well 😊

Amy of you think that they are going away, take a week break of asmr (might be a hard week) and listen to soft music instead. After that week go back to asmr and your tingles will be back. I do it every other month. It really helps.

Maria is one of the few ASMRtist that understands that ASMR is not just whispering into a microphone. It also has to do with the tone of voice you use. She uses a very sweet relaxing tone to make the viewer feel comfortable. (Which is why a lot of roleplays don't work). She even wears the right jewelry and shoes. (The clangy earrings and shoes on the floor). The lighting doesn't overwhelm me when I watch. She's got it all down.
I think its just my 'mommy' issues talkin but i literally see the women of asmr i subscribe to like a maternal figure in my life. I hope that doesn't make me weird but they just have this calmness to them that relaxes me and makes me feel like they just want to take my mind off of the stress of the day. Like a mom should you know?

Nobody you can buy candles with wood instead of wicks that give off that sound if you like it :) they're excellent for relaxing

Nobody Ardra Neala has a video with match burning very close to the mic, I can find it if anyone else is interested in that sound.
You should check out the latest video from ASMRMagic, she did some whispering and a head massage by the fire, maybe you will like that :)

I've fallen asleep to this dozens of times. Sometimes, I still wake up and hear a line that I've never heard before.

Maria is one of the few ASMRtist that understands that ASMR is not just whispering into a microphone. It also has to do with the tone of voice you use. She uses a very sweet relaxing tone to make the viewer feel comfortable. (Which is why a lot of roleplays don't work). She even wears the right jewelry and shoes. (The clangy earrings and shoes on the floor). The lighting doesn't overwhelm me when I watch. She's got it all down.
I think its just my 'mommy' issues talkin but i literally see the women of asmr i subscribe to like a maternal figure in my life. I hope that doesn't make me weird but they just have this calmness to them that relaxes me and makes me feel like they just want to take my mind off of the stress of the day. Like a mom should you know?
