    Ashihara tactics and techniques were used in Kyokushinkai long before Ashihara became an established style. Hideyuki Ashihara the founder of Ashihara Karate used to be the top trainer of Kyokushinkai fighters and produced many champions including Jojo Ninomiya , the founder of Enshin Karate.

    • @Mr440c
      @Mr440c 3 роки тому

      Not quite. Judo competitions have no time limit to grappling like in Ashihara. They count 3 seconds from the moment you put an open hand on your opponent. If you performed your technique too late it doesn't give any points. So you have to be really quick with throws and a Judoka would need to develop some striking skills to set up his grabs let alone learning to deal with clinch fighting that goes on for but 3 seconds and then a ref sepparates you.

While Kyokushin is more on full contact and emphasis on who's tougher than you or your opponent (lmao. No offense Kyokushin is a deadly style Sensei Oyama even killed a raging bull with this technique and also a bear? ...But why would i let my opponents hit me? They might one punched me? )... 芦原カラテというより、円心カラテに近い様に見えるのは試合にも使える柔道技が入ったサバキを実践しているからだろうか?が、あまりにも技の掛かり方が綺麗なので、観客を入れている会場という事もあり、何となく八百長っぽく観えない事も無い。八百長でないとしたら実力差がかなり離れているとしか考えられない。

      The tournament was called “Battle of the champions”. Both of the fighters are champions of different past tournaments, so both qualified to enter. The promoters were responsible to match their skill level, and they thought they did. I agree with you that one fighter dominated this fight - it happens in fights. I don’t think this fight was staged or rigged.

    • @OlegIvanov1231
      @OlegIvanov1231  3 роки тому

      Ashihara is a derivative of Kyokushin, hence the similarity. In Ashihara you have some limited clinching, leg sweeps, some throws, and I think you can use the knees to the head - all of those (if I am not mistaken) are not part of the classic Kyokushin. You can Google for more details. What your trainer told you is true for most of the combat sports, my Muay Thai coaches say the same
