Well I was here in Feb and think you may have been somewhere different to me . I definitely never saw dirty plates or unkempt staff. Staff were never rude. I cannot wait to go back next week.
@@iainholmes3696 trash the place? why?every hotel has some pros and cons. It's normal. The water park is realy good at this hotel! There are some minor drawbacks, but I don't consider them significant. Our goal is to give you the most honest and objective review possible, based on thousands of reviews from tourists. But I don't think that this hotel is bad. Perhaps you only want to see how good this hotel is, hiding all the shortcomings.
