Something you should try is instead of water use milk, and instead of oil use butter. Thats how my mom does it and the cakes are great. Just a suggestion tho

Nwxt time you want to use a spatula to scrape down the icing in the mixing bowl. . It’s Important to get all the fat completely incorporated with the chocolate. You don’t want to see any butter left on its own underneath as you’re blending.

What I used in this video was just marshmallow creme from a jar haha. But typically I'd make a meringue which is just egg whites and sugar
