UA-cam's stunningly good recommendation algorithm sent me here. Lovely video, thanks for sharing. Just love these mountain huts - we have nothing like them, in the stupidly overcrowded UK - I guess that they were demolished when farming became industrialised in the 1800s, or perhaps they were just basic wooded shacks and rotted away.
I'm glad you happened upon my channel, thanks UA-cam! 🙏 It's a real shame if they were demolished. Here in Italy there are very strict laws on these rural buildings, they cannot be demolished, even if they collapse they must be left in ruins if they do not constitute a danger and the external appearance cannot be changed.
It's me thanking you for watching! Of course you can write in Italian ;) as far as the roof is concerned, for the moment the important thing is that it doesn't rain inside, then later I'll do it again 🙏 Sono io che ringrazio te per aver guardato! Certo che puoi scrivere in italiano ;) per quanto riguarda il tetto per il momento l'importante è che non piova dentro, poi più avanti lo rifarò
You know, if I wasn't loaded (I have a small 4WD) I wouldn't have had any problems. The fact is that there are some points where the road has a lateral slope and I didn't want to risk slipping sideways... so, I took a "walk" in the snow, safety first
@@mywildlifeitalia I don't think I would have risked that roadway either. It was a beautiful walk and a chance to visit the snowy Alps for everyone who watched. Stay warm, stay safe and be well sir.
Your rock outcropping is called a "Moraine" normally left over from glaciers. My mom was a draftsman and told me the name, we have a huge rock moraine like this.
Awesome content, where approximately is this north of Aosta? You don't have to be specific as people like their privacy but I would appreciate an approximate location. Trevor, Australia
Hi Trevor, I am in the south of Aosta, in a different region. Aosta is in Valle d'Aosta ( Aosta Valley ), here is Piemonte ( could be translate in this way : "Pié" in italian is the abbreviation of Piede = Foot and "monte" is simply Mount, therefore the region takes its name from its position, that is at the foot of the mountains ) 😉😅 so to tell a bit of Italian history 😉
I really don't know the answer because I've never lived here before. It's my first time in this part of Italy. The previous owners, and also the builders of the cabin, now elderly, told me that it doesn't make more snow than it used to... but who knows what they meant 😅
Looks good and I have subscribed 👍. Are the wolf shots at the beginning library stock (and the audio of wolf calls?) if they are your own they are pretty amazing and I’m sure pretty unsettling. Which is it?
Thank you for your subscription! So, the trail cam is mine, the video of the wolves is from stock, being a teaser video I needed a video that could be used immediately. Everything else, I mean in the other videos, is everything that comes from my cameras, except the accompanying music
@@mywildlifeitalia Thanks for your reply - superb videos and story. I am excited to see what you are achieving and the important life messages you are giving us too. God bless and Merry Christmas!
Some men do but in the main we are hell bent on destruction perhaps when we destroy our selves the world will be able to go back to being beautiful again and the animals will reighn and be happy .with out the crazy people in it .
Forgive me, but I thought it was clear: this channel is a vlog of my experience in the Italian Alps, that's why I filmed the hike. I'm sorry it was boring, but this is the reality of what happens to me, even if it's boring 🙏
I know your channel, I like it very much, it has beautiful pictures. As for the snow, it depends on when he posts, because I'm not yet started with the works and with the channel like him, so I edit the videos quite quickly. 😉
Pure, pristine snow and perfect peace. You can't beat the beauty and sound of nature.
It’s just like a dream , great italian’s alps, it’s so magnificent
They are really impressive, I often stop to look at the peaks of the Alps
Observing your fortitude, I have a much better sense of my ancestors. I wish you every goodness. Forza!
Thank you, you are very kind. I wish you all the best as well!
Fantastically captured surroundings, impressive editing skills too. This is outstanding presentation!
Thanks for the compliments, I'm happy about it. Subscribed to your channel, and what about ... wow!
@@mywildlifeitalia thanks a ton my friend 🙌🏻
Absolutely stunning video. Was easy to feel the peace and tranquility of the snow.
In my opinion the snow really takes you into another world almost 🙏 Thanks for watching
Your mountains are gorgeous !
An hard place where to live, but so beautiful 🤗

Driving that snowy road would be a bit of a challenge I imagine..

You are very kind, thank you. keeping warm is a bit difficult, but i will try 😅🦾

thank you! I learned something new. I've always loved mountains, but I hadn't yet visited a place in Italy with this rock formation present
@@mywildlifeitalia They tend to be very cool in the summertime.
È nevicato presto, gli aghi dei larici non sono ancora caduti
In effetti, ha fatto caldo fino a poche settimane prima, fin troppo caldo per la stagione

@My Wild Life - Italia Thank you so very much. I Will do some research I love the landscape. Good luck on your venture. Trev

Wow it's really beautiful! Do you usually get that much snow in that part of the Italian Alps, wondering how up are you on that mountain?

Very nice pictures but the music is annoying.
I don't love it that much either, but the audio from the action camera was much worse, believe me
@@mywildlifeitalia ok, I hope it will better next time. Thank you.🐬
What was the point of filming the trek to the house? Boring.

Don’t watch.
You should really take a look at the channel of Martijn Doolaard! Highly recommended.
Martyn doesn't have as much snow as you do on this week's video...

Yes I was thinking the same thing!
Martijn is dealing with a lot snow ... In his own tranquil way 👍🏻
