Finally after many many attempts I succeeded!
You should be able to follow as long as your bonuses are as close to this account.
Equipment Power = Laser Tower Damage % bonus (most important)
Officer Power = Rocket Turret Damage % bonus (second most important)
Building Power = Machine Gun Tower Damage % bonus
Technology Power = EMP Tower Damage % bonus

How do you start the level with 3800 I only get 2700
You are playing normal level (its confusing because the label on the top right corner is the opposite of what it should say. Its a "Toggle to" Hard button. If you want to see the normal video, here is the link:

I'm a c23 and this doesn't work I need another set up please
I commented a while back on level 18 hard, since my buffs were not able to work how it is shown in the video- So I managed to 1 star level 18 and then 3 star level 19, so this leads me to believe it's possible to beat this level but God only knows how I might manage to do so.
I'm C23 now with +30% MG, +27.5% RT, 27.5% EMP ,+32.5% laser- maybe if one of your farms have similar stats you could give it a shot?
And since I forgot to mention I did attempt how it is shown in the video several times with no luck.
This is one of the hardest and most frustrating levels. I tried didn't even get close. I think you need at minimum 42.5% laser boost to stand a chance. Sorry for the late response.

How is this possible? You must have unlimited resources. I start out with 2700. What are you starting with?
Hi there, you must be playing Level 20 Normal and not Level 20 Hard. The toggle button to switch is at the top right. Its a little confusing since when you switch to Hard mode it actually displays "Normal", meaning that is the button to switch to Normal mode. The levels are highlighted with a red skull instead of yellow on Hard Mode. In Normal Mode you start off with 2700. In Hard mode 3800. Remember this is one of the hardest levels to get 3 stars. It becomes easier as your Laser and Rocket boost from Equipment and Officer strength respectively increases. So pay attention to the starting bonus stats. If yours are much lower (than 0:04), this video won't help as much. I couldn't get 3 stars until my Laser boost (on Hard mode) was at least 52.5%

Level 20 I have played for over 50 times, it is very hard and frustrating. I think you should take a break and return after you have upgraded your equipment (gives laser damage boost) and officer power (gives rocket damage boost). If your boost levels are lower than mine, you will not be able to beat it following the same steps. Hang in there.

Dude; upper right hand side of the screen: BEFORE the level opens... WHAT DOES THAT SAY, “Normal” or “Hard”.?.?
Because THATS what “mode” you’re MISLABELING as HARD since it’s IN NORMAL mode.! (Sorry; just frustrated. Like 6 different videos do this!)😤
It is frustrating. The button logic is actually flawed. It shows the toggle button from Hard to Normal. Its confusing. Just focus on the color of the levels skull (red is hard and yellow is normal). In Hard you start with more materials and in Normal you start with less. Good luck to you, sorry for the really late response, I missed this.

Doesn’t work. Did exactly the same moves and lost half my power in the 3rd wave.
Please pardon the very late response. This is a very frustrating level and I played it maybe 50 times before getting 3 stars. Check your starting tower bonuses. My guess is your boosts are lower than mine when I made this video. Just come back and try it after you get your laser boost and rocket boost higher.

@@lumbergh laser tower damage 25%, rocket 25%. Tower 30%. Machine gun 27.5%. What should they be to beat the level? I’m not even coming close.

You are playing on Normal mode. Its confusing as heck, not your fault. The buttons are reverse order. Normal mode starts with 2700. Sorry for delayed response.
