I have learned how to cook sweet potatoes on the barbecue and now sticky rice. Mom makes it so lovely to watch her cooking. She never fusses or looses her cool way of doing things. Bibi has the cutest outfit on. It’s made using an Irish Arran design stitch. Like a rope design. I have never seen fruit like this. Unreal colour and quality. Bibi loves her so much. Morning, very interesting how Lan made sticky rice and Bibi watching every step, he is a very curious clever little boy.❤
It’s how he learned to cook! He can boil eggs, sweet potatoes he doesn’t use a knife yet he is young. I suspect with proper supervision he could cut carrots or potatoes or celery? He can learn to make chapatis they are an almost ideal first food; whole wheat or Kamut flour, sunflower oil, wok or flat wide cast iron frying pan! Add drops of water to kamut, touch salt, flatten use rolling pin, like tortilla you can find it on line but I do suspect Bibi would dearly love to make chapatis for Chip and other Chip! I am sorry I forgot! Tired! But you make a stir fry of beef strips and broccoli stir in a dab of peanut butter and 1 tab! Orange juice experiment everyone you are on your own! But chapatti is a Indian east very primary bread looks like a tortilla but to do it lux you roll out the dough and butter it then roll a snake of it then push the ends together and roll a flat sheet one more time! Roll a snake with hands, make a lantern and roll a thin slice and you will have a marvellous puff pastry! Once you get it it’s fun! My son made his very first food; a chapatti it filled him with accomplishment! He was in kindergarten! Just starting the summer before! He enjoyed cooking but adored skating! Figure! Ok that’s all for now!
It’s how he learned to cook! He watched everything his dad did and memorises everything. Dad did his bit by letting BiBi enjoy watching him cook! He doesn’t really plan these things he sets an example and next thing BiBi is doing what his Dad just did!
