Solid earphones. Very robust plastic, sound is very good, fits and stays in ear so well you could go running.

I was very happy with those, but after a year, left earbud just stopped working. Reading comments, I'm not the only one with same issue. Now, I'm in process with seller and guaranty.

Using it for last 8 months it developed connection problems and charging problems, even though case is fully charged the buds only get at 10% max and those 10% discharges asap and it only works one side at a time.
Before this month I would rate it 5/5 stars and now -5/5 stars
Yeah even I feel like JBL products are shit, I’m having problems trying to connect both sides of my ear buds. Cus when one side gets connected, the other Dosent.

Correct i am also facing the same problem better u guys reach the service center they check and provide u the replacement product
warning from someone who has had them for over a year: they're amazing,great sound quality and they fit perfectly. I loved that it was affordable but after a year of having them, the right earbud stopped charging. I've seen many people who have had them complain about the same thing

Mine stopped taking charging within 3 months and Herman does not provide any repair also they will again and again ask You for documents even after You provide, jbl Herman both are scammers
Dont buy this.. Waste of money. After 6 months replaced due to charging issue. Now after another 6 months replaced unit is also having saame issue and one piece is not lasting morethan 30 minutes.
Very bad experience with product will never advise anyone to go for it. In first quarter it was not working and got a replacement but that also didn't work after 9 months and warranty was finished so I have to pay for repair 😢
Worst earphones don't it has a manufacturing defect in the right earbud you'll start facing battery drain issue within 6 months

One of the worst earbuds to buy. Not a reliable one and is not robust at all. Earbuds don’t charge properly and also don’t get disconnected once placed inside. Never will ever buy JBL.
Currently using them to listen to this rubbish backing track, not a fan of them and dropped the left one in a puddle 3 months back and it still works but hasn't bee the same since. Would not recomend

If it is under warranty, visit the nearest authorised JBL or Harman service centre with bill and manufacturer box and get it replaced.
If it is out of warranty you have to bear the problem, there's no solution.
