And let the APs if possible be always led by either one of their own or somebody from the administration who knows and understand better how the management of the Aps learns.Bringing somebody from the Kenya police service to learn and manage the APs is simply wrong.Our former Commandant Hon Kinuthia Mbugua through his prudent management and his outstanding stewardship skills,he managed to bring the APs from where it was at the lowest level to where the service is today.And we hope and pray that Mr Masengeri will take the service even to a higher level of glory and prosperity.Kanga damu.
