Pinning a chat in WhatsApp allows you to keep important conversations at the top of your chat list for easy access.
Pinned chats will always stay at the top of your chat list, regardless of new messages received in other chats.
You can pin up to three chats in WhatsApp.

To pin a chat on WhatsApp
1. Open the WhatsApp app on your mobile device.
2. Find the chat you want to pin. You can pin an individual or group chat.
3. Long-press the chat until a toolbar appears at the top of the screen.
4. If you are using an iPhone, swipe right on the chat you want to pin.
5. Find and tap the Pin icon at the top of the screen.
Once you tap, the pinned chat is now moved to the top of the chat list.
By pinning chats at the top of the screen in WhatsApp, you can easily find important chat conversations.
