- Just 27 players remain in the WSOP Main Event as Jamie Gold sits with nearly double the chips of his nearest rival. Gold headlines the feature table and sits alongside Prahlad Friedman and Paul Wasicka, while Jeff Lisandro and Allen Cunningham are on the outer feature tables as the action plays down to the final two tables.

O'Donnell what an act of class. He gets totally coolered, taps the table in acknowledgement of Allen's hand, then with respect gives his stacked Chips to Cunningham
Poker is fun... for everyone. That never gets old lololol
One of the most cringe things ever I've seen on ESPN and that's saying a lot.
“Can we get another shot of his family??”
My man was wildin and I miss this style of casting
I miss the old broadcasting too !!
I remember back then I found him so annoying but now I wish poker on TV was still like this
I wish we knew we were in the goodl old days, before they become the old days.
We don’t even get ads like “Miller, brewed for a man’s taste” anymore. How things have changed.
@@98802ohheyYeah you really look back fondly on the past but always complain in the present
Who are you talking about lol
I mean Gold played well, got lucky and played the mind games too. Everything needed to be entertaining and win
Prahlad Friedman looks like a Doonesbury character in those glasses.
"I'm glad he's raising... can we get another shot of his family?!"
Very 2006. Very funny. Slightly creepy haha!
the penalties that should of been handed to jamie gold for the talking with players behind. crazy
Why did Lee celebrate and pump his fist 40:50 after the flop , when his opponent actually gained more equity ?
His winnings were to be split 50/50 with the person that he split the buyin with. That developed into a lengthy law suit.
It was actually resolved in a week. You clearly don't know what you're talking about
38:37 Gold playing 87o and flopping a straight was par for the course in this WSOP. Man he lucked out a few times.
Unfortunately I can't practice avoidance of this episode lol😂
So out of line, this is unbelievable to go back and watch. How Jamie Gold wasn't penalized multiple times is beyond me. You'd get called out for that crap at a home game...
Agreed, that said Golds play was %95 luck and %5 skill
@@kristianbata3242 Fifteen percent concentrated power of will
@@TheJDX Five percent pleasure, fifty percent pain

Nobody can win a main event without luck. The OP is about Jamie discussing the strength of his hands.
But that’s 100% reason for why we remember the name.
43:16 He's probably not getting called anyway but this is just a horrendous check by Gold....
By the common sense law, you cannot say “he was probably not getting called anyway” and “this is a horrendous check” in the same sentence.
Does he have the best hand? He's Allen Cunningham! Mike in Colorado (MountainCo) hit me up man.
The top top meme hand is so hilarious. What in the world is Jamie talking about, he was never folding. His comments after the hands are tabled makes no sense anyway....
I thought you said chop chop!
That was a great show by Jamie really it was. Awesome show forget the bluff itself it was the show he put on to just simply insert "some" doubt in Prahlad.
Funny thing is the commentator saying : I can’t believe she raised a stone cold liar when he’s literally telling the truth to Prahlad 😂😂
11:44 Woo woo woo, you know it!
You're getting every card in the deck to help you out it's easy to win, no skill needed
How far us was the horseshoe into Gold during this Main Event?
Im also playing well Gold said, Called an all in from the best player at table, 7 8 offsuit, 4 5 6 flop, all because other guy was scared shitless of Gold and folded pocket 10s
Guy got incredibly lucky he didnt call, because in what world does he not also go All In with the 10s and get knocked out as well to that absolutely brutal flop
Jamie Gold DESTROYED Prahlad Friedman. Completely outplayed him in that one hand with King High and then was his executioner later with 8-7 after he crippled him.
Few years afrer this, I was all in with 33 on a QJ3 board and opponent announced his cards of QJ while deciding whether to call. The 'Jamie Gold rule' nearly got his hand declared dead. He ended up folding anyway..
Was that freestyle rap for real hahaha
2006 WS would have been fantastic without Jamie. he was by far the least likable champion of all-time.
I allow myself 1 reply per day directed at the worst comment I come across.
The year of gold
Be careful what you ask for. "No seven, no eight." Flop 456....
Friedman was stupid not to call with 77. Gold showed nervousness & Friedman couldn't get knocked out if he lost that hand.
Prilad Friedman is the real life Jaime Kennedy (Malibu's Most Wanted) B-rad😅
All in with that A6 lol making moves at the wrong time smh
Man. I had to stop. I just can't watch him again. It's unbearable.
Hater
@@briansweeney6733 I'm a hater because I find somebody unbearable? How exactly can I change the fact that someone annoys me? Please tell me, because that would make life so much better.
@@PanicResalepeople change. Maybe one day such unimportant things in life will not annoy you.

Excellent spelling. Well done.
Prahlad just HAD to start talking- had a stone cold read on him and could have quietly picked the chip leader apart- but from an entertainment standpoint I'm grateful cuz that was compelling
Cunningham lookin as if he's Sloth from Goonies.
Milwaukee Best is the worst beer Without a Doubt!
Isn't Aaronson one of the biggest gossips in the whole of Springfield? Was Zukowski running in the tournament as well? I NEED ANSWERS.
Why is Aaronson a gossip?
From Stu Unger's Wiki: "The medical examiner concluded that his death was the result of a heart condition brought on by years of drug abuse"
Apparently he wore the purple glasses to cover the fact that his septum had collapsed from snorting Charlie.
I really wonder how much of that 12 mil went to his parents after his legal issues and getting demolished in tourneys/cash games after winning this main
44:18 "its not like im not also playing well"... lol youre not playing well. You hust had the longest and sickest hot streak in poker history. Also should have had about 10 penalties for inappropriate table talk
Post partum depression real possible that's what she was going through such a sad situation
Wild that Gold won that much money in this WSOP and eventually ended up broke. Why don’t these players invest into some kind of business???
whatare you doing? ;lol
Force had his chips stacked in tens first tell of a beginning player
He made the final 9 so there’s that
Force was also the best player at Final Table

The greatest main event run ever
Jamie gold 2006
Give Gold credit... family matters.
Jamie should have been penalized for table talk several times
Prahlad shoulda got life in prison for that rap😅
Jeez. So many chips on the table. Surprised there wasn't a more efficient way to color up
Hopefully she left Friedman by now, He may be the most Annoying person on Earth, Brennes is 2nd, Gold begging people to fold when he has 6 high is beyond ridiculous, wonder how much Johnny Chan got for hanging on his nuts lol
And no one has to pay attention or listen to him. But they did. And it worked most of the time.
haha amazing comment
i hateed Jamie Gold then and i hate him now
No wonder Prahlads wife left him
He shoulda, practiced, avoidance.
Why would a Gold and a Kort be working together? Not a shock
Richard Lee has some hot daughters.
Don't look like his kids at all lol
@@chaddad1488 🤣
Rapping ain’t for eve-ery-one…
10:03 Prahlad likes the pan faces
Richard Lee kids don't look biologically his
How does he not get penalized for saying what he had?
I think the WSOP literally rewrote the rule book after 2006 to account for everything Jamie did.
@@MN04
Telling your opponent your hand was against the rules before 2006.
True, but the explicit table talk (top-top for example), and his famous one-card show at the final table became hot bottom issues that the WSOP rewrit everything so it was 100% clear moving forward what isn’t allowed.
It shouldn't be a penalty, too many snowflakes today.
Everytime I watch Gold, I hope he loses... Weird!
GOLD SUCKS
I hate how these online bingo players play K 6 off suit and win.
The goal is to play the winning hand, isn't it?
