Okay, first, this is clearly Lexington Avenue - 59th St Station, a transfer station between the (4)(5)(6) and the (N)(R)(W) lines. Since we see the (5) train pull in, we know it's the tracks that the (4)(5) uses.
Nitpick Innacuricies time!
Going from top to bottom then from beginning to end
'UPTOWN AND THE BRONX' First off, the sign at the top of the screen is not something you would find on the platform; rather, it helps you get to the platform. There's three phases of signage: "these lines are this way" signage, "one direction is that way while the other direction is this way" signage, and platform signage. The sign on the top of the screen is in that second phase, where directionality needs to be specified, but distinguishing the specifics of where each service goes is not yet necessary. Generally, this can be found on staircases that lead directly down or up to platform level. This is either at street level (in stations where transferring between uptown and downtown trains is not possible or inconvenient) or at the mezzanine level (in stations where you can transfer between Uptown or Downtown.) Once you get to the platform, the brief and vague "Uptown and The Bronx" (helpful when you are walking and need a brief summary to know which staircase to use) becomes unhelpful. On the platform, you need to be able to know where each train goes so you don't get on the wrong train. The (4), (5), & (6) all go to The Bronx, but each goes to a very different part, miles away from each other. Specifying the (5), for example, goes to Morris Park via Boston Post Rd at all times except late nights, and some rush hour trains follow White Plains Rd to Nerid Ave becomes important. What you should see there instead is a vertically long sign that states roughly what I said earlier about the (5) as well as where the (4) goes.
LOCAL/EXPRESS Secondly, still on this same sign, it implies that the (4), (5), and (6) run on this same track. They do not. The NYC Subway has two service styles: the local and the express. The local stops at every station, while the express only stops at select stations. Almost always, the subway has a quad-track layout, with local on the outside and express on the inside. The (4)(5)(6) north of 42nd St (where this video takes place) is different. It has its local and express tracks stacked on top of each other since Lexington Ave is too narrow to hold four tracks and platforms side by side. In this way this video is accurate in only depicting two tracks with their own side platforms (Side platforms have only one track while island platforms have tracks on both sides.) However, like what was said two sentences back, the local and express are on two different levels. The (4) & (5) both run express while the (6) runs local. Since we see the (5) train, we know this is the express platform; therefore, the (6) should not be on that sign, as it is three floors above via staircase or one long escalator ride away.
CELING That ceiling is kinda accurate, but the rectangles in it would be arched instead of flat, so the beams going towards us should be somewhat wavy.
BEAMS In most stations, beams inbetween tracks like those are often so dark that you can be excused for not detailing them. Use the style of beams that you have in the video for the platform edge. Unlike most stations, however, the (4)(5) 59th St platform is different. 59th St was originally meant to be just a local station, with no express trains stopping. However, the local became overcrowded and so, in 1968, the express platforms were retrofitted in. Because of this, and the new platform's depth, the normal style beams depicted in this animation are absent here. The real beams in this station are not beams but a wall, with small slits in the bottom half that sort of allow you to see to the other side. Basically, your life could have been easier since you didn't have to draw the other platform. However, I do understand this change as not having that other platform makes It feel less legit, and takes away from the video as a whole. Frankly, I prefer the change. Also, the local platform with the (6), the platforms being designed there from the beginning and being much closer to the surface, have the beams like you depicted, so if you looked up a reference for this station, you might have seen that. Basically, you could have avoided all this if you just made the train the (6). I must note the beams are too far apart, which may also be on purpose.
LEXINGTON AVE SIGN The (4)(5)(6) would never have a tiled wall sign like that saying Lexington Ave, since the stations of 51st St, 68th St, 77th St, 86th St, 96th St, 103rd St, 110th St, 116th St, and 125th St are all on Lexington Avenue. Subway stations are almost always named after the road they are intersecting rather than the road they follow, and this holds true with this station as well. Why it is called "Lexington Ave - 59th St" is because the (N)(R)(W) is also at that station, running perpendicular to the (4)(5)(6) along 60th St. This makes the road the (N)(R)(W) intersects Lexington Avenue. The station complex is collectively called "Lexington Ave - 59th St" with the "Lexington Ave" part coming from the (N)(R)(W) and the "59th St" part coming from the (4)(5)(6). That tiled wall sign should actually say 59th St.
PLATFORM FLOOR It's pretty good on the near platform. I can see how the outer two tiles are lighter than the third one to represent the bumpy yellow line to tell blind people where the platform edge is. It may be worth adding bumps tho. The far platform's floor tiling is really inaccurate. The tiles should be the same size as the tiles on the close platform. The far platform has a floor much like a sidewalk instead of a subway floor.
TRACKS I have no idea what I'm looking at down there, so I'm skipping. A fun fact that may be helpful is that the third rail is almost always on the side of the track that the platform is not. The third track powers the train, and if you touch it, it will kill you before you can register that you touched it. This is why its not on the platform side of the track.
FURRIES I'm not gonna critique this for inaccuracy because it has furries instead of humans, but if I'm going this in depth, I may as well mention it. You will mostly see animals in the subway as either
A. Dogs on a leach, often sitting on a platform and laying down on a train, or on a lap or bag if small enough
B. Cats are less common and are almost always in bags
C. Rats are almost always on the tracks, and the chances you will interact with one are very slim
Those are the most common animals, but of course, you can see more

0:17 SMOKING Please do not smoke in a subway train or underground station, nobody else wants to deal with your bullshit. While we're on that note, do not play your TikTok out loud on the train. There are very few things more annoying than listening to somebody else's TikTok feed without any visuals. You will see this most in Hispanic women over the age of 40 or males in their teenagerhood or early 20s.
0:25 CRAZY AND HOMELESS ADVICE Generally, you can see these guys coming and avoid them if you run into them at all. There is a good chance that if you visit New York and go on the subway, you won't run into anyone crazy, even if you're here for weeks. If you do see someone crazy, pretend they do not exist and just walk down the platform or switch to the next car at the following station. If they talk to you, which they probably won't, but if they do, look away from them or straight through them, they will usually move on. This counts, too, if they are not talking to you. I have seen people stare at unwell people like blinking will kill them. Lord, please do not do this. They generally don't single you out and only do if you look like you are considering giving, or look like a tourist. Do not wear an I
