Exactly what I needed and couldn't find any other video for this specific purpose. I was reading the directions that came with the tool and got overwhelmed. You get all the likes! ❤❤❤

Best to be in well ventilated area as not to breath melted plastic. Great video!

I just bought this to start winter planting seeds in plastic containers & searched you-tube. This was very helpful but the first thing & thought of was the toxic melted plastic going down my throat. I will definitely do outside & wear some sort of mask. But thank you!

Thank you! I'm making a fish tank filter out of plastic screw top Ziploc containers and have NEVER used a soldering iron before. Your video just gave me mega boost of confidence. Super helpful. Sometimes, the simplest things can be the most nerve-racking...especially when it burns at 350 degrees! lol. Muchas gracias! Plugging mine in now!

Can you tell me the brand of your soldering iron? By the way, great video! 👍

Watch those fumes, toxic. Consider another option: Use a candle, heat up pointed end of a sharp kitchen knife, then poke it into plastic and work around to enlarge the hole. Very little or no odor from candle.
