I’ve done the research and it’s not skill and it’s not that I don’t have a great squad. It’s time I don’t have. And by that I mean in order to climb to diamond for the first time would take well over 200 games of ranked. Because your rp gain would be very low and keep in mind you’d have to win these games. Your randoms that are assigned to you are based on kd. Your enemies, based on w/L. So if you’re wondering why you get bad noobs for allies, it’s because your overall kd is negative or right on the line of 1.0. I think the worst part of this system is Ubisoft doesn’t ever reset it. Once a streamer or a player with no job gets diamond, every season after that, if they play 60 games or even less, they’ll get there again easily. Meanwhile, the system will get you to whatever rank you obtained and then every match you try to get higher, it’ll say your win was pure luck and the next game you go into, it’ll assign enemies that are 2-3 ranks above you to attempt to crush you. Evidence R6 tracker. If you truly want to get diamond or even champ, get a squad that has hit diamond. The enemies that they face even on the way back up will be top level. Once you’ve tangled with the likes of them, all the players on your own level will be cake.
I read over the Y7S4 Notes when they introduced Ranked 2.0 and there is literally nothing about K/D or W/L at all. It's just your hidden MMR, which is adjusted based on the outcome of the match. The matchmaking doesn't consider K/D or W/L, purely whatever your hidden MMR is.
Ok so hear me out, if you start the season slow you are absolutely cooked as a solo player. If you are in copper or bronze, you get a mixed bag of teammates and enemies. The problem here is that about 2/3 of the games you get absolutely trash teammates. Nothing against them, but it’s the truth. They don’t set up sight or completely disregard any common sense if they do. You can think like a champ but if your teammates completely ruin the set up, it’s basically a moot point. At that low rank, about 1/5 of the games you get at least one person who leaves at the start of the match and sometimes even more, because at copper who cares? You’re the bottom rung, right? That’s not my attitude but tends to be other people’s. Same with team killing and grieving in general for no reason. Here is the thing alright, if I get decent teammates, we have a good go and win: in copper you get +28-35ish depending. If you lose you LOSE 22-28!!! That means you have to on average have decent teammates just to gruelingly climb the ladder. I don’t claim to be the best, but here is a fact: I’m consistently top or at least second on my team’s leaderboard. You have to be real damn good to clutch a 1v3 or 1v4 consistently even if you’re leagues better than the rank you’re in. TLDR: if you’re solo, the bottom ranks provide too small a reward compared to the deduction of points when you lose, even if it’s not much higher, about a third or closer to half the people in copper and bronze are probably one or two ranks better than they are. The claim is valid. That being said, silver and your teammates usually have enough knowledge of the game to at least contribute on a solid basis.
It just sucks when each game, I go 7-3 and my entire team goes 1-6. So many noobs playing now that want it to be COD. Like it’s sickening to see how many rounds could’ve been won if my defending team would just play on site instead of running around looking for kills only to get killed. It’s SnD not TDM!
I'm guaranteeing you that you don't got 7-3 every game. Your KD on your account is 2.3 then ay? You only just remember the games where you play well and forget the ones you play badle
Idk why I'm still stuck on Emerald. Last season I got Diamond 4 which was my best rank so far (I play this game since Year 2 lmfao). Have no idea how I got there, I felt lucky. The later games I got carried by some good teammates but then on the next game I carried the team and it kept going. But this season? Sheesh bruh, I feel like my aim got worse, my game sense somehow sudenly disappears. I still manage to do good but lose a lot. Idk what to do anymore at this point, I'll just accept that I'm an Emerald (even though I play much better than most champions teammates I get on my team lol)
i’m emerald but i don’t wanna hit diamond until i actually believe im diamond level bc i have friends in diamond and i believe that’s what an actual diamond is but they’re way better than me
I play solo que bcs none of my friends play r6 but i have a 1.4 kd and my team always sell and whenever i play ranked every 4 or so games my whole team romes around the map and die instantly 😂😂
Lol most people that play rainbow think they are better than they are. I aee a lot of dudes say other people suck but can't get any kills call anyone out or do anything to facilitate a win.
I wish that ubisoft would do way better at making solo players have a fair shot of climbing the ladder
(ranked 1.0)
@Poxonlox even in that solos were still massively disadvantaged

poxonbeard era
we are saying goodbye to poxbeard in the next couple of days, but it will return even stronger than before!
You should do a interview type thing where you watch and coach different ranks.
Honestly good idea
it's like Christmas morning
its not me, I had a buck on my team run from someone shooting at him, crouch, slow walk and stair directly at a frost mat as he walled into it
TLAC IS BACK
YESSSIRRRR
It might just me not playing ranked after getting my rank in the beginning of the season

We love pox
Even when I win top on the leaderboards I’m getting 20 RP. But great vid
only possible way someone could get hardstuck in ranked 2.0 is if they are bad AND play solo
never been this early to such a GOOD DANG VIDEO 🙏🙏‼‼
W
🙏🙏@@Poxonlox
The real reason im not climbing ranks is because i'm not playing ranked
I play solo que bcs none of my friends play r6 but i have a 1.4 kd and my team always sell and whenever i play ranked every 4 or so games my whole team romes around the map and die instantly 😂😂
Blitz banning is laughable
Shields are broken rn
Not at all use a shield counter
And bring backup if youre roaming cause monty usually pushes with someone lol
shield meta, monty a better ban tho if u are banning shileds
WWWWW TLAC'S BACK BABY
This video is a prime example of why people don't play ranked 😂😂😂
The real reason is because I quit playing and deleted it
For me i think its because ive havent touched ranked in 1 year whats stopping me from ranking up :o
Lol most people that play rainbow think they are better than they are. I aee a lot of dudes say other people suck but can't get any kills call anyone out or do anything to facilitate a win.
