I'm quite surprised you did not mention the changing landscape regarding many schools, including two Ivy League schools, doing away with test-option reporting to now requiring test scores be reported.

These test-optional schools are really test-preference at this point, and UT Austin just decided to require scores again. I know this will disappoint some, but for those students who are middle or upper middle class who have not seen a lot of hardship but have worked their rear ends off in high school, this is positive for them. Test optional has really hurt my student population who have worked tirelessly in HS since 2021. I understand both sides of the coin. They are my priority though.
