the commercial license is only required if you need external access to the data delivered by the device (e.g. to provide them to an additional feeder software on a different device). Map and list work without additional license

It does give you the airport frequencies, but there is no audio from the aircraft.

Hello Neil, Yes it is able to feed FlightRadar 24, FlightAware, Opensky Network, Planeplotter, ADSB Exchange etc.

Any reputable local TV Antenna Installer can easily fit the antenna for you.
