In marketing, a common way to gather data and insights is through a survey. It is often thought that surveys do not provide enough data for machine learning. In this talk, we’ll go through some survey design best practices for applications of machine learning. Then we’ll cover a use case where we use survey responses to segment customers with unsupervised machine learning, and then perform classification with supervised machine learning.
