Hey I am from India. Actually with 1 year of experience a Germany based company has given an offer letter . Usually I expected the company to give me work visa and sponsorship but here the company is has told me to apply for job seeker visa (which needs to have 5 yrs of work experience and around 10 laks in my block account and I have 1 year of work experience) but the company's founder said the company will assist me with the embassy for that I don't need to have money in my blocked account . I just have to pay for the job seeker visa in which the company will assist me .After that when I land in Germany I can apply for a work visa within a month. Do you think that this is true or might be some unethical practice or scam

Rent for private accommodation will be at least 1000 euro in big cities like frankfurt, 500 groceries, 200 internet and miscellaneous.
The remaining 800 will be saved.
But at the end of the year it will be not 800*12
Because we will visit India, family will visit us so savings will go minimal.
With 12lpa , you can achieve the same lifestyle and can save 6 lac each year
