Oh, you can add an external monitor by HDMI port. actually, I'm not even tested on the dual monitor both of HDMI and Type C port same time yet
I received it about 2-2021 now it running really slow I called dell they made it run faster now it back to being slow… any ideas 💡
What’s your tech specs
You might something to check:
-check windows update
-use Disk Cleanup to clean unnecessary file
-check Free space of your System Drive, don't make it low
-turn of some Visual Effects or select on Adjust for best performance by: Click on Start, search for About your PC, Click on Advance system settings, Click on Settings... of Performance.
-delete all Temporary files by click on start and type %temp% or press Windows Logo and r on the keyboard, type %temp% and press Enter key.
you also use Optimize Drives by click on start and type Defragment and Optimize Drives, select Drive or all Drives, Optimize.

I have not encountered such a problem yet, but I had another issue. my suggestion:
1. reset BIOS or update the latest firmware?
2. use Win10PESE or Hiren Boot to backup your Data on Hard Drive
3. download Dell-USB-Recovery-Tool-Application from Dell for Recovery your OS (official OS Recovery Tool), or see the service center
4. clean install new OS (backup your important data first)

Sadly this all-in-one PC only has 2666 Dram which impacts a lot Xe graph card performance, I think Dell Optiplex 7480 is worth more than this one with 65 W CPU and GTX 1650.

Hi! it's easy to setting up, Mouse and Keyboard is Combo that linked with little USB Receiver! just plug and done, no need to config anymore.

@@marshayemanuel4774 hmm, both of them worked with one USB receiver. The USB receiver is inside Mouse and under the Mouse clicker, just plugged the little USB receiver into PC it's done.
