Totally agree with what you wrote....BUT......if your not going to show your whole self, for whatever reason, then you should not be doing these vlogs. Find something else to do where you don't have to show your face. I understand the reasons.....then find something else to do.
@@jeffrey8783 Anyone is free to vlog. Vlogging is not all about people' faces, it's about people's days and what they do in their free time and/or at work. It's just a log. They censor their face to have some form of privacy especially considering Korea is still very discriminatory towards same sex relationships with physical and online attacks, So the reason is due to privacy if that helps you understand a bit. I agree I hope one day they have the confidence to take that step together publicly but I also hope it's whenever they are ready to do so on their own terms if they actually want to bc they aren't obligated to

I know all about the horrible discrimination in so many countries. I have tried so hard to give so many people an exam[ple of what I am trying to say and none of you understand. Let me throw out just one more example and if no one gets this then I clearly give up. In Iran, a woman wants to sell fashion dresses for the western world so she does vlogs or videos and displays them laying them on tables and spread out on floors. Why?....because she is not allowed to wear these dresses at all. People watching the videos might have been interested in the dresses, but they should be modeled with someone wearing them.....but the women is not allowed to do this either by law or her choice. SO, I say to her.....maybe you should do something else if you cannot or don't want to model these dresses. Find another thing to do.

@@jeffrey8783 That was a movie,this is their actual life. SK is not very friendly towards same sex relationships, many get attacked because there is no protection from the law from them. They could get assaulted for being gay and no one would bat an eye because although it is verbally not illegal, its not legal/recognized either in their society. I follow plenty of same sex korean couples and this is a norm for them. It also wouldn't end with them,their families would be targeted as well. SK society is incredibly extremist.
