Anupam bhai.... High altitude per kai bar humare stomach bacteria kaam nhi karte hai, isliye cooked food digest nhi ho pata hai and problem create karta hai... Isliye best option hai ki raw food ya dry fruit khaye jaye, jase aunty ji karti hai... 😊😊😊
