Put the layer in between the frame, then with the help of mouse you can hide the layer. If you are unable to hide the layer with the mouse, then in this case you can use the arrow keys to hide a specific layer. Just make sure layers must be inside the frame.

But this is for mobile? For use in computer need scrolling, i can not do interaction this with scroll, and configure interaction with only one page, only have drag. You can help this?

Its not for mobile. In Figma there is only drag &click. In the software itself there is no specific option for mouse scroll.
For interaction minimum 2 frames are required.

@@acreative9260 When you make a complete landing page with width 1440 and height 3000 for example and create a {ctrl+alt+k} component of the frame, it releases the scroll option in the property tab.
