    I use this one all the time to in my fights and let me tell you! The power the generate with the spin combined with your leg muscle is incredible!

    Master woo , you and your son are both aninspiration to myself ,and i hope to be one day as great as you both what degree is your son he is truly amazing ,and i would love to see him compete , i just feel sorry for his apponents , thankyou for all your lessons , they help me greatly with my studies at tkd class

    @NocLi3 few reasons... To intimidate your opponent. Miss lead your opponent. It can also help you kick/punches be stronger. Simply try kicking with & without shouting and you will feel the difference..

    Actually, screaming making your kicks and punches weaker because your CNS has to control two actions instead of one. It's plain physiology. Well, yelling may act as self-hypnosis for complete CNS mobilisation too, but it's more about chinese "bend-the-spear-around-your-neck" stuff, than about TKD.
